100% Spadefoot Toad Syrah

Tasting Notes: Bold and fruity with delicious notes of strawberry and sun-dried tomatoes. Nice smooth rounded tannins with a long finish. Still not done aging but oh so beautiful!

Farm Notes: Certified organic Syrah grown lovingly at Ron Firman’s Spadefoot Toad Vineyard in Oliver, BC. Ron tends his small vineyard like a garden, carefully applying compost to each individual wine and breeding spadefoot toads in his irrigation channels for natural pest control.

Maker Notes: 100% Organic Syrah. Raised for 35 months in neutral oak barriques. Unfined and unfiltered.

Food Pairing Notes: A classic match for roast lamb, or try with Chinese BBQ duck or pepper-crusted beef.
