This medium-bodied wine opens with inviting aromas of black currant, blueberry, and candied apple, accented by delicate violet and floral notes. Layers of dark fruit are complemented by subtle mineral nuances, while smooth, integrated tannins carry through to a long, elegant finish highlighted by hints of vanilla and caramel.



Tasting Notes: The wine has unique aromatics of black currant, blueberry and candy apple along with violet and floral notes. Subtle mineral undertones with smooth tannins lead this medium bodied wine to finishing with vanilla and caramel.

Farm Notes: 100% Malbec

All hand picked estate fruit sitting on the East side of Osoyoos Lake with sunny South West exposures and amazing terroir.



Maker Notes: PRESSING: Berries were destemmed and the skins gently broken, followed by pump-overs to achieve a gentle extraction of flavour and colour.



FERMENTATION: Stainless steel and French Oak for 14 months

Food Pairing Notes: Great with red and game meats, anything with pepper, sage, creamy mushroom sauces, melted cheese, and in particular, blue cheese. For a Portuguese touch, try Espetadas Madeirenses – Traditional Madeira-style beef skewers seasoned with garlic, bay leaf, and sea salt, then grilled over an open flame. The smoky char complements the Malbec's ripe black fruit, while the wine's tannins balance the richness of the beef.
