Farm Notes: Sagebrush Vineyard
Maker Notes: Each varietal for this sparkling was picked and fermented separately. The Pinot Blanc was fermented in tank, and the Pinot Gris was barrel fermented and aged. The Gamay juice was pulled (saignée) immediately after filling the tank with berries to limit colour transfer. These three wines were blended shortly prior to bottling to produce the base of this effervescent wine.
