Subtly black pepper and earthy undertones balance this wine beautifully and is meant for casual dinners and spontaneous celebrations.Maker Notes: As the Village tier of wines is meant to be fresh, fruity and vibrant, the Pinot Noir was picked accordingly to achieve a lower alcohol percentage while retaining some acidity. The whole berries were fermented on skins for 10 days using a Pinot specific yeast. Once pressed, the wine finished fermentation in neutral barrels where it subsequently aged for 4 months.
