Maker Notes: The Pinot Gris Village was fermented in 100% stainless steel using a carefully selected yeast that would help accentuate the tropical flavours in the wine. Racked off lees following fermentation, this wine retained its natural acidity to achieve the light and fruity Pinot Gris intended for the Village tier.
