Farm Notes: Aquilini, Jones Vineyard - Washington.

Maker Notes: The pressings of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay used slightly crushed grapes to allow for some colour transfer into the juice. These were fermented together in stainless steel using a Sparkling specific yeast. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was racked off lees and kept in a stainless tank until bottling.
