Drink 2024 - 2034?Maker Notes: 100% Semillon. Planted in 1995 in Kelowna this single Vineyard (Knorr) has been responsible for some of the most respected Semillon to come out of the Okanagan. We are proud to have the opportunity to throw our hat in the ring. Whole cluster pressed, natural ferment, raised in neutral French oak for 24 months on full solids with very little stirring of the lees. Bottled Unfined and Unfiltered. You may find a very small deposit of sediment in the bottom. It's OK!Alcohol Percentage: 11.4
