Maker Notes: In 2018, a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon was co-fermented. Before fermentation completed, distillate was added to fortify the wine and create a port-style expression. In 2024, two barrels of 2022 Zinfandel were incorporated into the blend, which was then aged for three months on American oak to enhance complexity and develop a richer, bolder mouthfeel.
