Tasting Notes: Tantalizing aromas of orange blossom, bee pollen, and sweet ripe peaches. Off dry and rich on the palate with clean, bright flavours of tangerine and stone fruit. The sweetness is balanced by a lingering note of ruby grapefruit. Farm Notes: The 2025 grape growing season in Kelowna and the Okanagan Valley was a successful, high-quality rebound year following 2024's extreme cold. A warm, dry spring and summer led to early ripening, with harvest beginning in late August and producing exceptional quality and healthy, vibrant fruit. Grapes were harvested from our certified Biodynamic Summerhill Vineyard in Kelowna, BC.
Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested, destemmed, and pressed. Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine was naturally fermented with ambient farm yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel. The fermentation stopped naturally on its own.Food Pairing Notes: Try with sashimi, fresh fruit salad, Thai larb, or habanero-spiked chicken wings… the possibilities are endless!
