Tasting Notes: Smooth, complex and notes of strawberry and watermelon This masterful dry rosé from our pristine biodynamic certified estate vineyard will delight you!Farm Notes: The 2025 grape growing season in Kelowna was a successful, high-quality rebound year following 2024's extreme cold. A warm, dry spring and summer led to early ripening, with harvest beginning in late August and producing exceptional quality and healthy, vibrant fruit. Grapes were harvested from our certified Biodynamic Summerhill Vineyard in Kelowna, BC. Maker Notes: The hand-picked grapes we had were crushed by foot. They were left on the skins for 18 hours and then pressed and naturally fermented separately based on Biodynamic principles with ambient farm yeasts in temperature controlled stainless steel. The two wines were blended together after 1 month of fermentation and left to harmoniously combine for 6 months in tank before bottling.
