Tasting Notes: Light, slightly hazy lemon/hay in colour. Lemon peel, fresh clover and apple skin on the nose. Medium bodies, fresh, bright and driven. Serious yet very easy. 70% Sauv Blanc 30% Semillon

Farm Notes: 6 acres planted on gravel in 1999 in Naramata.

Maker Notes: Hand-picked. 1/4 whole cluster pressed.  

Fermented in stainless steel.

Elevage in 5-10 year old French oak

No adjuncts or manipulation (acidification, de-acidification, chaptilization etc.)
