Tasting Notes: With a golden colour hue, it offers enticing aromas of ripe pear skin, crisp apple, apricot and hints of citrus blossom. On the palate, lively acidity accentuates the fruit flavors of pear, apple, and a touch of zesty lemon. Subtle notes of white peach and apricot add complexity, while a silky texture and a gentle, lingering acidity make for an enjoyable finish. Farm Notes: Grapes were lovingly grown by the Clarke family at their pristine 10 acres Vispering Vines Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, BC.Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested and destemmed before pressing.
