Tasting Notes: Bright and lively, this young white wine kicks off with zesty lemon and lime pith, followed by the crisp crunch of unripe pear. A hint of cantaloupe adds a soft, fruity touch, rounding things out nicely.





Farm Notes: The Park Hill vineyard was first planted North of Oliver tucked away in the hills in 1983 by Hans Buchler. The family run vineyard puts a focus on cover cropping and minimizing inputs; soil fertility is provided by cover crops, including hairy vetch, red and white clover, birdshot trefoil, black medic, sainfoin, and more.

Maker Notes: Grapes were hand-picked then left in whole bunches before pressing to retain it’s acidity. Inoculated and fermented in stainless with no malolactic conversion before it was racked, fined, filtered, and bottled. This resulted in a light and refreshing Chablis-style Chardonnay
