A hint of acidity balances the natural sweetness, leading to a long, unctuous finish.Farm Notes: 2025 was a warm growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were hand harvested from Ehrenfelser vines block 11 on our Demeter certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC. Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested and destemmed before pressing.
