Tasting Notes: Hand picked and delivered to the winery on October 15th, 2025, the grapes were pressed whole bunch to retain the acidity. After an initial racking, the must was inoculated and fermented in stainless steel, fined, filtered and bottled.





Farm Notes: The Park Hill vineyard was first planted North of Oliver tucked away in the hills in 1983 by Hans Buchler. The family run vineyard puts a focus on cover cropping and minimizing inputs; soil fertility is provided by cover crops, including hairy vetch, red and white clover, birdshot trefoil, black medic, sainfoin, and more.
