Tasting Notes: Fresh grapefruit leads the nose while floral notes shine through. The palate is crisp with hints of yellow apple that transition to a zesty white pepper finish. Finishes balanced and clean. Farm Notes: 2025 was a warm growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were harvested from Grüner Veltliner vines planted in 2011 on our Demeter certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC. Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested from Summerhill Vineyard. It was then destemmed, crushed, and fermented in a stainless-steel vessel. Food Pairing Notes: An aromatic white wine for richly flavoured foods.
