Tasting Notes: A beautiful dry rose with generous notes of peach, spice and flowers. The refreshing acidity and long finish draw you back for more.

Farm Notes: The Pinot Meunier was grown at the Waldhof Vineyard also on the South Kelowna Slopes

Maker Notes: Vin Gris (grey wine) is a style of very pale, delicate rose. The grapes were hand harvested and the free-run juice was fermented in a stainless steel tank It is vinified as a white to achieve a crisp, refreshing wine with faint salmon-coloured hues.
