Tasting Notes: Lovely floral notes of rose petals and lychee pair up with the vibrant acidity of green apple for a crip and fresh mouthfeel. A decidedly dry and refreshing gewurztraminer.

Farm Notes: A majority of certified organic Gewürztraminer grapes were harvested from the Buchler family’s Park Hill Vineyard (Oliver, BC) with a small percentage harvested from Cathpair Vineyard (Kelowna, BC).

Maker Notes: 100% Organic Gewürztraminer

The fruit was destemmed, pressed, and settled in stainless steel before fermenting. The wine was cold stabilized and filtered before bottling.
