97.5% Organic Pinot Noir, 2.5% Cabernet Sauvignon

Tasting Notes: Notes of strawberry, violet and green tobacco delight the nose and carry through the palate where flavours of red cherry and crushed gravel deepen and refresh. Lifted acidity, fine tannins and a long finish round out this beautifully balanced Pinot Noir.

Farm Notes: Pinot Noir grapes were harvested from two pristine vineyards located in distinct areas across the Okanagan Valley. From the Lavigne vineyard and our organic Esther vineyard in Kaleden.

Maker Notes: The wine was fermented in large, 10,000L oak foudre. After pressing, the wine was barreled down into neutral French oak barriques where it rested for seven months before blending and bottling.

Food Pairing Notes: Enjoy with pan-roasted chicken thighs or earthy lentil and mushroom dishes.
