Tasting Notes: With a pale straw hue, it offers enticing aromas of ripe pear skin, crisp apple, and hints of citrus blossom. On the palate, lively acidity accentuates the fruit flavors of pear, apple, and a touch of zesty lemon. Subtle notes of white peach and nectarine add complexity, while a silky texture and a gentle, lingering acidity make for an enjoyable finish.
Farm Notes: Grapes were lovingly grown by the Clarke family at their pristine 10 acres Vispering Vines Vineyard in Okanagan Falls, BC.
Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested and destemmed before pressing. Part of this wine was fermented in 1 acacia barrel for 1 month to add floral freshness and fruity lightness and gentle spice with a less woody taste, and the rest was fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel then blended and bottled on Valentine’s Day 2024.
