Tasting Notes: Tantalizing aromas of orange blossom, bee pollen, and peaches. Dry and rich on the palate with clean, bright flavours of tangerine and stone fruit.

Farm Notes: 2023 was a warmer growing season in the Okanagan Valley in terms of temperatures. Grapes were harvested from our certified Organic vineyard in Kaleden, BC.

Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested on September 15th and pressed. This wine was fermented fully in temperature controlled stainless steel, then fined and filtered before bottling.

Food Pairing Notes: Try with sashimi, fresh fruit salad, Thai larb, or habanero-spiked chicken wings… the possibilities are endless!
