Tasting Notes: Our estate-grown Ehrenfelser delivers exceptional purity of fruit and complexity. The 2023 vintage is decidedly off-dry with vibrant notes of stone fruits and tropical fruits. A hint of acidity balances the natural sweetness, leading to a long, unctuous finish.

Farm Notes: 2023 was a warm growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were hand harvested from Ehrenfelser vines block 11 on our Demeter certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC.

Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested on September 26th, 2023, and destemmed before pressing. Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine was naturally fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel with the ambient farm yeasts, truly reflecting the vintage and terroir of the Demeter certified Summerhill Vineyard in 2023.
