Tasting Notes: With lots of quince on the nose and palate and slightly off-dry, this decidedly fruity Gruner Veltliner still shows off the typical white pepper notes and delights with a long smooth finish.

Farm Notes: 2023 was a warm growing season in the Okanagan Valley. Grapes were harvested from Grüner Veltliner vines planted in 2011 on our Demeter certified estate vineyard in Kelowna, BC.

Maker Notes: Fruit was hand harvested from Summerhill Vineyard. It was then destemmed, crushed, and left to soak on its skins for 12 hours with no temperature control. Based on Biodynamic principles, this wine fermented naturally with ambient farm yeasts in a stainless-steel vessel.
