Tasting Notes: This sweeter Riesling offers delicate floral aromas of pear blossom, jasmine, and chamomile, mixed with lively citrus notes of lemon and lime zest. Flavors of honeydew melon and a touch of limestone minerality add depth. The bright acidity is gracefully balanced by sweetness, making this wine smooth to sip and easy to drink.
Farm Notes: The East Block of the Grewal vineyard in Kelowna expresses the particularity of the South East Kelowna slopes terroir. The family run vineyard just around the corner from us puts a focus on organic agriculture and sustainability.
Maker Notes: Hand picked and delivered to the winery on September 25th, 2023, the grapes were destemmed before being pressed, then settled. After an initial racking, the must was inoculated and fermented in stainless steel, fined, filtered and bottled in March 2024.
Food Pairing Notes: Try it with spicy dishes such as Thai larb or habanero-spiked chicken wings.
