Tasting Notes: Structured and bold with notes of blue fruits, cherry, cassis, cocoa, cedar, and a hint of spice. A little bit of reduction on the nose which will go away with some time and oxygenation. Tannins still very much present with a nice fresh acidity. Recommend decanting.
Farm Notes: Grown at the Sekhon Family Vineyard in
Osoyoos, BC.
Maker Notes: 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet
Franc. 100% barrel aged for 24 months.
