Maker Notes: The fruit was hand-picked and carefully sorted before a portion of the fruit was destemmed and basket pressed, while the remaining was pressed whole cluster. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel (64%) and in neutral French oak (36%) using carefully selected strains of yeast. The wine was aged for 6 months on lees while undergoing natural malolactic fermentation.
