It’s smooth and textured on the palate with rich and savoury tart cherry, red plums, crunchy pomegranate and plenty of zip on the finish. Drink chilled and paired with mushroom, duck and pork dishes, or on it’s own.
Farm Notes: Domaine Artema VineyardMaker Notes: The fruit was hand-picked and fermented in stainless steel 85% destemmed and 15% whole cluster using carefully selected yeast. Twice daily pump overs were done to extract tannin and colour before the wine was pressed off and racked to a combination of neutral French oak barrel (81%) and stainless steel (19%) and aged for 6 months.Food Pairing Notes: Mushroom, duck and pork dishes, or on its own served chilled.
