Light-medium in body with slightly pronounced tannins and bright acidity, this wine should age up to 5 years. Maker Notes: Harvested from 3 blocks on the Artema Vineyard, this Gamay spent 12 days fermenting with whole berries in stainless steel tanks. Once pressed, the wine completed fermentation in tank.
