Tasting Notes: Smooth and clean with lively aromas of yellow Bartlett pear, key lime, and gunflint. The palate is soft and round, laced with refreshing notes of anise, tarragon and lemon zest.

Farm Notes: Grapes were harvested from our Estate Vineyard. 2018 was a slightly cooler growing season in the Okanagan Valley, perfect for retaining crisp acidity and clean, intense fruit flavours in our white wines.

Maker Notes: Fermented in stainless steel, after which a small portion was barreled in neutral oak before blending and bottling. This wine is unfined and unfiltered and may contain some sediment in bottle.

Food Pairing Notes: Try with seared scallops, fava beans, or grilled halibut with lightly dressed greens.
