Tasting Notes: This unique Ice-wine exhibits fascinating lighter color and delicate aromas and flavors. This salmon pink beauty displays notes of red currants, strawberries and sour cherries which compliment the acidity on the palate.

Farm Notes: Harvested and pressed on December 7th, 2017 at -9°C with 39% grape sugars at pressing. Grown at Summerhill Vineyard, and just down the road at the Eidse Brothers’ Vineyards in pristine Kelowna, Okanagan Valley, BC.

Maker Notes: Grapes were pressed frozen to yield small amounts of rich, sweet juice. The wine fermented slowly and stopped naturally with a high degree of residual sweetness.

Food Pairing Notes: Serve slightly chilled, or even room temperature to bring out the fruity notes, with a platter of fruit and chocolate, or aged blue cheeses.
