Our fondness for all things alsace and double entendres is alive and well. Elder vicar refers to our own father pandosy (the first chap to plant wine grapes in BC), but is also a riff on the alsatian wine known as "edelzwicker" meaning a "noble blend" of riesling, gewürztraminer, pinot gris, and muscat.
Tasting Notes: Classic aromas of citrus, stone fruit, orchard fruit, and honeysuckle, with hallmark acidity proving a balanced backdrop.
