The black wine of Cawston. Exudes blackberry & sweet tobacco with a hallmark violet note. Gorgeously aromatic and light on its feet for a wine of such modest depth.

Tasting Notes: Côt is an ancient grape that has been served to kings and queens for centuries. Landing in argentina in 1868, it soon became celebrated as malbec, in effect blocking the name Côt from existence.

Maker Notes: 13 months in neutral American & Hungarian oak.
