This Icewine was hand-harvested in the dead of the Canadian night at -11 degrees Celsius. The frigid temperatures result in rare drops of nectar being pressed from each grape. Intense aromas of blackberry, chocolate and spice lead to a rich unctuous, fruit filled palate.

Farm Notes: Our 2019 Merlot Icewine was farmed at Lazy River Vineyard in South Cawston, Similkameen Valley. abut 10km from the southern border.
