On the nose you are met with strong aromas of blackberries, and spice in the form of thyme and pepper. A full bodied, dense mouthfeel with ripe tannins is met by dark berries, dark chocolate and a beautiful expression of sage.
Farm Notes: Soil was Gravel Loam. Harvested on October 17, 2019.
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermenation and maceration in stainless steel tank for 20 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. 200 cases made.
