This Roussanne has a pretty nose that greets you with honey suckle and almond flowers. Like opening a box full of fresh honey cruller donuts with the slight scent of slate. Upon the first few sips this medium bodied wine reveals a complex palate of; stone fruit skins, white currants, cantaloupe and white cherry. A log complex finish with crabapple, warm almonds and apricots.
Farm Notes: Soil was Gravel. East Bench of Oliver & West Terrace of Black Sage Terraces. Harvested on October 22, 2018.
