Deep dark colored, the nose is expressive on small black fruits, dark cherry, pepper, cedar. The body is full, and on the mouth it is round with expressive and ripe tannins.
Tasting Notes: Full body. Drinking window 2021 - 2028.
Farm Notes: Soil was Sandy Loam. Harvested on October 9, 2018 and October 10, 2018.
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermenation and maceration in stainless steel tank for 21 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months with 20% new. 1327 cases made.
