Farm Notes: Sandy Loam, Gravels Loam. Harvested on October 11 & 14, 2019
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermenation and maceration in stainless steel tank for 20 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. 1000 cases made.
