On the nose we are met with jasmine flowers, lychee fruit & sweet grass. This wine has a lean, oily mouthfeel with bright acidity. The palate expresses notes of cardamom, stone fruit, slate, honey dew & lemon.
Tasting Notes: Medium body. Drinking window 2021 - 2023.
Farm Notes: Soil was Sand and Loam. Vineyard was Coyote Bowl and Bella. Harvested on September 11, 2018.
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermented in French oak barrels for 8 months. 1558 cases made.
