Clear light rose with pink salmon hues, nose has bright notes of small red fruit, raspberry, gooseberry and hints of hazelnuts and mocha. The mouth has a fine foam, a balanced acidity and developing the small berries aromatic with a long finish of spice. It is a sparkling with volume and freshness.
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Ageed in bottles after second fermentation for at least 12 months.
