Deep dark purple hue with aromas of white pepper, cherry jam, cedar, dried red fruit, vanilla and sage. Full bodied, juicy wine with raspberry, dried fruit and chocolate on the palate and a long spicy finish.
Farm Notes: Gravel soil. Harvested on October 25 2020
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tank for 20 days. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
