Deep dark purple with aromas of pepper, cherry jam, cedar, red fruit leather, hickory, and sage. Full bodied juicy wine with flavours of dried fruit and chocolate with a long spicy finish.

Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Fermenation and maceration in stainless steel tank for 20 days. Aged
in French oak barrels for 18 months. 356 cases made.
