Straw yellow appearance. Aromas of fresh peaches, pears, citrus, tropical fruit with hint of mineral notes. The palate is balanced between soft acidity and ripe tropical and tree fruits.

Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Handharvested, press and fermentation in stainless steel tank. Aged 90% in tank 10% in barrels.
