In the glass a bright yellow hue with hints of green. On the nose aromas of; lime, grapefruit, white peach and tropical fruit. Followed by nectarines, white cranberries, grapefruit and saline on the palate with medium acidity and a smooth finish.
Farm Notes: Soil was Sandy Loam Harvested in September 22, 2020. Vineyard souto was Sandy Loam. Foundation was Sandy Loam.
Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Hand harvested, pressed and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged 6 months, 90% in stainless steel tanks and 10% in a French oak barrel. 1000 cases made.
