This complex nose expresses notes of; Fejoia fruit, almond & vanilla blossoms, baking spice and banana pudding. On the palate we can find flavours resembling pineapple upside down cake, saline, ripe peaches & apricots. The mouthfeel is smooth with high acidity and a long, rolling finish.

Maker Notes: Made by Arnaud Thierry. Pressed in whole bunches and fermented in barrels for 3 weeks. Aged in French oak barrels for 8 months. 1342 cases made.
