Savoury red berry fruit, sage and thyme on the nose. medium bodied with bright savoury fruit, subtle tannins and driving acidity. Fresh and crunchy finish. A wine to drink now and over the next few years.

Nichol Pinot Gris 2025Clear and youthful with a salmon berry/pink hue. Aromas of fuzzy peaches, apricot skin, and grapefruit . Medium bodied with citrus pith and apricot pits and a touch of cream on the fruity/juicy and moreish palate.

Nichol Pinot Gris Two Barrels 2025From our oldest Pinot Gris vines planted from 1989. More intense aromatics and a richer, rounder and softer palate than the "Oval label". This goes through fermentation and 100% malolactic fermentation in old French oak barrels. This also will do nicely with richer protein dishes and creamy cheese. Drink Now – 2029?
