Nichol Pinot Gris Two Barrels 2025

From our oldest Pinot Gris vines planted from 1989. More intense aromatics and a richer, rounder and softer palate than the "Oval label". This goes through fermentation and 100% malolactic fermentation in old French oak barrels. This also will do nicely with richer protein dishes and creamy cheese. Drink Now – 2029?
